  Pelvic Health Yoga Specialist

  PLS Yoga offers tailored yoga practices for those living with pelvic floor dysfunction and disease, including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and pre/post-operative care. We offer a pathway of care that includes private instruction, therapeutic group classes, and online resources.In conjunction with medical provision and pelvic physical therapy, tailored yoga practice can help correct some pelvic floor dysfunction, and relieve the symptoms of pelvic health issues. At PLS Yoga, we use traditional yoga postures, breath work, somatic movement, and restorative yoga to offer a balanced 'diet' of yoga techniques to create optimal tone in the pelvic floor, address patterns of holding and postural/muscular imbalance, meet nervous system needs, and most importantly, foster long-term wellbeing. We want to nurture optimal conditions in the body; we believe we all deserve a pelvis we can live in. Show less

  Vista Yoga's intention is to provide an environment where you can breathe, strengthen and renew your body, and awaken your spirit. We offer a wide variety of classes, workshops and trainings. During this time of COVID-19, we're offering 28 classes livestream, 16 of which are open to limited in-studio attendance, and we have an online library, too. Our 200- and 300-hr YTT will begin again in 2021, and we continue to hold workshops and speciality classes
