  Short-term project serving as an assistant liaison between IBM USA and IBM Japan by assisting in the migration from a regional internal asset management tracking system, Dragon, to streamlining to a global internal asset management tracking system, e-AMT.The project was a collaboration between the IT and Accounting departments to ensure proper depreciation of fixed assets of the company. Upon successful migration, the role transformed into a technical writing and IT support capacity; while assisting IBM Japan users in e-AMT, I also wrote an internal technical manual documenting the process of the IT system and common troubleshooting. The project also provided an invaluable opportunity to engage in limited translation and foreign language skills. Show less
