Influenced by my grandfather who was a chef I spent much time preparing food for my family and friends.After a lot of thinking I decided to find a job in a restaurant. Being highly motivated and driven by a passion for cooking my career in restaurant business accelerated fast. I traveled across Europe and within almost four years in a kitchen, I was working as a Sue Chef at a high-end restaurant.Deep in my mind, I knew this is not going to last very long for me, but being young and driven by a passion for cooking I set my self a few goals to achieve before I leave the kitchen.
