      Worked with 100 stores troubleshooting Windows, network connectivity, printing, and other mission critical areas. Most of the workweek was spent as the sole IT person servicing all sites, which consisted of 650 workstations and 100 servers, most of which were at remote locations. In addition to providing end user support via phone and email, created processes and batch files to automate routines which decreased the workload of the helpdesk.
