      - Oversee multiple residential projects from initial concept through to completion as a lead designer along side Lisa.- Attend initial consultation including site measurement. Developed space planning solutions as well as design development. - Collaborate with Lisa on sourcing as well as developing budgets, FF&E's and estimates for each project. - Took on the role of Project Manager for most of our residential projects that were on going. This included organizing deliveries, trades on site, site meetings, and on the spot decision making/ quick solutions. - Produced drawing packages for all ongoing projects that included floor plans, elevations, sections, electrical plans, and detail drawings.
