  I started in Lifestyle Sports as a Sales Assistant, advising customers on our products and assisting them with their needs. I soon was promoted to our shops 'Fitness Adviser', having a keen interest in sports and fitness and running two half marathons my manger decided that I was the right person for the position. I was keen to progress my skills further and when a position came up for Sales Team Lead in June 2013 I successfully interviewed and secured the position. With this role came more resposibilities dealing with daily cash takings and managing the sales team. I excelled at this position and really enjoyed guiding my team, encouraging them to reach targets and dealing with the day to day running of a busy sports shop. Show less
