      As the Senior Director of Product and Strategy Management at Aetna, I was responsible for driving profitable growth and differentiation in rapidly changing and competitive markets. This included developing and implementing the company's product strategy for a range of offerings, including Medicare Supplement affinity and individual products, as well as multiple disease-specific health and life products. I also led the Balanced Scorecard process, which involved articulating and measuring the company's strategy across multiple dimensions.
