      START Group personnel are trainers of OSHA and Federal regulatory Compliance regarding respiratory use, confined space entry, tunnel collapse, trenching, and fall prevention. START Group personnel are also trainers in traffic incident management, hazardous materials mitigation (including WMD), and mass transit. START Group field staff frequently completes confined space and tunnel standby attendant and rescue work, along with quantitative fit testing.
