      Jun 2013 - May 2015
      District Manager

Beginning as a District Manager, I participated in ALDI's 50-week training program. It’s a hands-on learning experience that immerses the employee in the day-to-day operations of ALDI and exposed me to ALDI's entire business. As District Manager, I went through a rigorous year-long, bottom-up training method from Store Associate to District Manager. Between auditing and hitting target forecasted productivity goals, I coached and trained my employees . Aldi US is a very exciting company to work for because it is expanding so rapidly and has the ability to make decisions regionally versus company wide. As a District Manager for about 2 years, I oversee about $1 million in inventory and over 40 employees. I was empowered to make critical decisions and support my customers and staff. Show less

    • Walgreens Boots Alliance

      May 2015 - Sept 2018
      340B Inventory Compliance Analyst

Inventory oversight is a major strain on any organization. In pharmacy, there are additional regulations that weigh down non-profit hospitals and clinics. I worked to optimize the inventory processes of 70 hospitals and clinics under the 340b pharmacy program. I worked with hospital teams, vendors, and stakeholders on how they can best advocate for their patients while helping them digest the complex risk under 340b pricing model.

I leverage Epic, partner data, and our internal metrics to analyze Title X, Opioid compliance, 340b utilization and more.
