  Since joining the Army at aged 17 and leaving at the age of 42, I was tied to a 24/7 job and pretty much being told what to do, how to do it and what to wear for it!! A little bit in between...I became an 'accidental' landlord when I bought my first property back in 2004. Since that point I have been loosely investing in property for around 10 years both in the UK and abroad. In this time I have made some errors and in some cases lost money. Since taking property investment / property sourcing on as a profession, I have invested my time and money to get better educated, enabling me to invest my money & other people's money in the right property or market to make it work for us. I am now in a position that I would like to help more people become more financially independent and help them protect and / or grow their wealth, not just in the property sector. To achieve this, I'm fully supported by a much larger organisation, where we help families by firstly educating or growing their awareness on how money works against us...and turn that into how we can make money work FOR us.   Communications Management Instructor

  During my tenure at the School I was part of a small Command Team, providing Communications Management instruction to potential Communications Managers (Yeoman & Foreman of Signals) and Troop Commanders. This ranged from Radio (Bowman), Trunk and Satellite Communications Management (ISSP Processes, Network Management, etc).

  Served at the following places:May 04 - Jul 06 - 600 Signal Troop, Satellite Communications Management. Management of a small Tri-Service team, consisting of mainly fielding new Satellite systems, training and supporting personnel on its use prior to and during deployment to Overseas Operations.Jul 06 - May 08 - 102 Logistic Brigade & Signal Squadron. This post mainly consisted of the uplift / conversion for a new Core Radio system, including the continuation training for personnel serving at this Brigade and supporting the Brigade Staff in Overseas Operations.May 08 - Jun 09 - 14 Signal Regiment (Electronic Warfare). This post mainly consisted of the management of pre-deployment training and management to support Overseas Operations in the use of Electronic Warfare, Radio and Tactical Satellite systems.Jun 09 - Jun 11 - Defence School of Communications Information Systems, Royals School of Signals, Blandford. I was part of a small Command Team, instructing Communications Management to other potential Communications Managers and Troop Commanders.Jun 11 - Jul 12 - Communications Information Systems Trials Development Unit, Blandford. Mainly consisting of trialling / experimenting other comms systems / networks into the Core Radio system. I also conducted the following roles:Trials Manager, assuring all Networks were planned, briefed and commissioned ready for testing and experimentation using Radio, Satellite and IT Communications, I was also conducting the roles of:Senior Line Manager (Officer Commanding) of multi-capbadge personalities - providing personal development, enhanced training and career management for these individuals.Cryptographic Custodian Officer - assuring all cryptographic equipment was managed correctly in accordance with the relevant guidelines (mainly JSPs 490 & 440).
