QORE Property Sciences was acquired by S&ME, Inc. in March 2010. Initially, hired by QORE as the Florida Region Director of Business Development. Developed a Florida region business development/marketing plan and revenue budget for environmental and engineering services which encompassed revenue and client retention objectives, target markets and accounts, promotional events and personnel assignments, expense budget, business development staffing and advertising. Met all goals and hired business development teams for three Florida offices. The Business Development Manager and Marketing Coordinator responsibilities were performed by me from that point forward. I continued to implement the business development strategy outlined in 2007 aligning with the firm’s corporate strategy and national accounts efforts. In March 2011, won approval and funding from corporate to launch a corporate-wide healthcare initiative. Market assessment of that initiative was developed and prepared the last quarter of 2010 and first quarter of 2011. Achievements of initiative have been: design of healthcare services flyer; firm-wide research of healthcare projects and creation of database of client information; Florida operations healthcare statement of qualifications; and award of contracts with BayCare, Universal Health Services, Jupiter Medical Center, and HCA.
