   Schedule the production plans and develop to build an agile and proficient production team in order to achieve and exceed production goal.  Manage productions and financial plan and to support un-forecasted peaks and dips in the business.  Plan, manage, and communicate with operational function groups (e.g. Manufacturing, process engineering, Materials and Logistics departments etc) ensuring smoothly to meet normal Fab operation in both process and equipment, on-time delivery, cycle time ,and the quality of process for customer satisfaction.  Continuous improvement on production efficiency, quality and cost control during Fab operation, control the shop supply, reduce the consumption and material scrap, avoid the hidden trouble to ensure the raw material scrap and process scrap. Reduce the scrap rate from 0.08% to 0.05%, shop supply cost from 1.1% to 0.8%, save manufacturing cost about 15% yearly. Improve OLE (over labor efficiency) >20% in the past year. Co-ordinate with non-operational departments (e.g. customer Service and Marketing etc.) to ensure an effective execution of customer requirements and to enhance Customer satisfaction.  Establish requirements for the daily operation that ensure safety in the protection of production personnel and equipment while maximizing production efficiency and minimizing operating costs. Supervise the personnel for work allocation and training. Evaluate the performance and make recommendations for positive and correction action. Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Lead to continuous process improvement in production, maximize capacity and drive the team spirit and creativity.  Lead and manage out source process (2008.5-2010.5), From Jun.2010, for business jump up and Jabil take over outsourcing project, lead to reset up MFG team and take 3 months reduce DL labor cost vs Rev. from 8% to 6%, DPM from 500 to 200 and get HP customer praise.
