  FIKS Online is an internet agency specialized in goal-oriented software applications, primarily focused on management software and access control. I contributed to the development and improvement of a .NET MVC web application for B&B owners, working with the following stack: C#, JS, HTML/CSS, SQL. My main focus was on back-end related tasks, including database migrations, data processing, and API integrations.One of the most rewarding achievements from this client project was implementing a dynamic database integration that allowed customers to choose their own theme, which was linked to the mail server I set up. This setup successfully enabled the theme to be applied to email templates, automating the sending of booking details to their guests. I am particularly proud that I was able to implement this customization and mail server integration with live data not only on the FIKS platform but also for third parties. This experience sparked my passion for programming, thinking like a developer, critically analyzing software and data processing, and ultimately developing professional applications. Show less

  Kort is a marketing agency that focuses on startups and small to medium-sized businesses looking to improve their online presence. Thanks to my engineering work at FIKS, I came into contact with Kort Marketing, who asked if I could assist them with data visualization, processing, and analysis. From a data engineering perspective, I started working on setting up dynamic dashboards so that clients could see which newsletters and emails were effective, based on a wide range of variables. Additionally, I contributed from a data analysis standpoint by brainstorming and drafting emails and newsletters to achieve higher profitability.Thanks to my work, six of Kort’s clients have saved significant costs by reducing their volume, and have achieved a higher conversion rate on new emails. I gained a lot from this experience; both through weekly client contacts where I provided updates, and by enhancing my technical skills in setting up dashboards and analyzing data related to online traffic.   At Sogeti, I was hired to be deployed as a Data Engineer. I find Sogeti to be a fantastic company because of the stimulating opportunities they offer their employees and the high level of technical skills and knowledge among colleagues.I am currently enrolled in the YP Data Engineering program. In summary, I am developing expertise in Azure and focusing on improving my DevOps and Python skills. Additionally having recently passed AZ-900 and DP-900, I am currently working on the following Microsoft certification: DP-600. I am learning a tremendous amount from this study and find it inspiring to apply this knowledge directly to my work.For this technical challenge, I traveled to Ohio to attend a business course with new colleagues. Here, I worked on my soft skills and experienced significant growth in my professional demeanor, giving and receiving feedback, impactful presenting, and agile working. Thanks to this course, I was able to highlight the bridge between business and technology and further clarify and internalize this for myself. Show less
