      Organised numerous overseas deployments to the USA, Canada, Iraq and mainland Europe which required the international clearance for personnel and equipment.Managed Operations Cells whilst deployed on overseas locations including Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. Responsible for the accurate allocation of aircraft, vehicles and personnel to a variety of tasks. Working with limited human resources, re organised work scheduling by closing down non productive activities and redeploying resource to more productive areas. 12% increase in resource in required areas. Responsible for large and expensive G4 accounts which were critical for the successful operation of the organisation. Achievement - Successfully instigated new working procedures for an area within the workplace that had been the cause of one serious accident and had also been the cause of dissatisfaction within the workforce.Responsible for the supply and demand of consumables and materials for an organisation of 80 personnel.Allocation of living and working accommodation and management of all the associated facilities. Overall supervision of all health and safety matters and the maintenance of a building fire safety plan and the maintenance of all fire fighting equipment.Administered an equipment scaling plan which ensured that the required stores and equipment were in the correct location, in the required quantities at the required time. Achievement - Developed a LEAN RIE centralisation plan to remove unnecessary duplication of tasks. This produced greater availability of assets and reduced the labour bill by over 50%. The aim was to unlock potential in junior managers and team leaders and to be able to identify individuals for the succession of the plan.Identified unsafe working practices that had potentially lethal ramifications and successfully produced a working solution with minimal disruption to operational output.Canvassed departments within the company for feedback on training courses, in order to evaluate the current training provision. This resulted in greater customer satisfaction and the removal of outdated or irrelevant subjects along with explaining misconceived perceptions on others.Organised and executed a number of overseas training events which involved the movement o f stores and personnel to various locations such as Germany, Canada and the USA. Achievement - Reduced staff turnover over a 2 year period by 40% through focusing the team on employee engagement.
