      Operated and maintained flight simulators supporting annual flight currency of Navy pilots in the Washington, DC, area. Was aircrew on VIP aircraft (C-131, C-118, T-39) supporting ranking Navy, Marine, and Congressional personnel.

Participated in flight certification of catapults and arresting gear on USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). As Program Manager for S-3A/B and ES-3A aircraft flight test, led a team of 35 government and contractor personnel in executing a $6 million developmental test budget for projects in four uniquely configured S-3 aircraft.
