  Ohmium deploys modular, scalable, PEM hydrogen electrolyzers around the world to generate affordable green hydrogen. Ohmium's solution vertically integrates in-house power electronics with state-of-the-art PEM cells to drive efficiency while minimizing precious metal loading. This allows our electrolyzers to utilize dynamic energy availability to maximize throughput and capitalize on revenue streams through ancillary services and the lowest Levelized Cost of Hydrogen (LCOH) on the market.- Leads a team of 100+ mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and systems engineers to develop PEM hydrogen electrolyzers, water treatment systems, cooling systems, and customer integration.- Effectively manages a varied team of engineers and project managers spread between the US and Asia through clear communication, high standards, and written expectations.- Manages Global New Product Integration to ensure Product Development from design to production and ultimately field installation and operation.- Meets weekly with C-Suite and Board Members to provide project updates and ensure their vision is being projected into the design.- Leads project life-cycle for complex systems, partnering with operations, marketing, sales, and manufacturing to develop budgets, cost out objectives, production schedules, and customer satisfaction.- Maintains R&D budgets in the millions of dollars ensuring budgets meet development goals, company objectives, and margins while meeting the timelines of the product roadmap.
