  I had 1 internal project and 2 external ones, which were being developed in parallel.1️⃣ Techno.by – online store redesign Key responsibilities:- Desk research, competitor analysis, wireframing, design concepts development.- Development of responsive design layouts: homepage, menu, product catalog, and product filters, about us page. After the update we got an increase in retention (+23,84%), depth of browsing (+12,53%) and decrease in bounce rate (by 1,33%).- Improving the purchasing path: from the basket to checkout, refining the one-click purchasing option. As a result of improving the mobile user experience (the main type of traffic), we saw an 8% increase in key performance indicators, including metrics for purchases, phone clicks, orders, checkout initiations, cart views, and add-to-cart actions.- Development promotional banners for Instagram ads with compliance to the customer's brandbook.2️⃣ The Pure Planet – creating a Visual Identity for a Waste to Energy startup. Key responsibilities: - Research and competitor analysis.- Сreation of information architecture of the site, low-detail wireframes, UX writing and working with text information for pages.- Design concepts development. Design concept approval from the first iteration. - Based on the approved concept, I developed the brand's Visual Identity (logo, business cards, etc.) and UI-kit. - Development of design layouts, creating responsive page layouts. I safe time and money: project implemented 15.16% faster than estimated.-Good feedback from the product owner and the team, the product continue to be developed.3️⃣ Tanix.by – development of a presentation about the company for stakeholders. I developed 3 versions of the presentation in two languages, PDF and Google Slides. The work includes unique 3D illustrations developed in Cinema4D. As a manager, I led cross-functional teams with 6 internal specialists and over 15 subcontractors, working within SCRUM/Agile processes. Launched more than 35 projects for clients from USA, Europe and CIS. About 75% of my projects are complex support and promotion.
