  Strategy and leadership- Spearheading program management for a US$xxxM annual revenue earning bill payment and recharge business within the GPay India app, processing xxxM monthly orders from xxxM users.- Mobilized a team of ~40 cross-functional members, and worked with 5 external partners in a heavily regulated industry to establish a business from scratch, driving a major revenue for GPay.- Led a compact team of PgMs while occasionally assuming leadership roles in pivotal projects.- Orchestrated critical regulatory compliance on DMA 5(2) for the GPay India app, coordinating with 30 internal teams’ POCs representing a large and complex xxx member organization.- Navigated the resolution of a critical privacy setting issue stemming from a bug, which had rendered approximately xxM users undiscoverable for P2P payments.
