Shining Star Award: Serving Leeds University Union Jun 2016 In the summer of 2016, towards the end of my one-year internship at Leeds University Union, I was awarded one of their Shining Star Awards. Leeds University Union awards these to five nominated members of their staff on a bi-annual basis. I was nominated by my line manager in the category of Serving for my dedication to delivering fantastic customer service and for encouraging and enabling my team to deliver the same standard of service.
