The Physician Assistant Program emphasizes evidence-based medicine, informatics, critical decision making, interdisciplinary teamwork, and continuous quality improvement. Students undergo a rigorous 28 month program with 15 months spent in clinical practice. Clinical rotations for students include: Family Practice, Behavioral Medicine, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine - Outpatient, Internal Medicine - Inpatient, Women's Health, Orthopedics, Surgery, and two elective rotations.
