  First dispatch complimentary kit of pre-primary to the new school once they are signing up with our associationand it should be dispatch within the timeline. Send calculation to all schools (Full kit / Individual kit / School Furniture, etc) Quotation, collect the sample, test certificate, compare rates with at least 3 vendors, meet and check vendorpremises, take decisions with the manager to finalize the vendor. Make a purchase order with projected quantity and send it to the final vendor, giving him a timeline ofproduction and delivery of various products. After sending a calculation to the school or parents deposit the payable amount to the association and keep inthe loop with the accounts and operation team. All the placed orders were dispatch within 3 to 4 days as per stock availability. All the students’ kits like Learning material, school uniforms, furniture, textbooks, library books dispatch bylogistics, courier and send the tracking number to the concerned school. All the complaints of schools, parents, and dispatch material have been resolved as soon as possible. Maintain inward, outward, exchange, damage, returned material quantity in the warehouse. In case of lowstock of material, goods ordered to the vendor, he supplies within 3-5 days. Maintain stock reports and send them to the manager within 15 days. Check all the vendor invoices and bills as dispatched by us and send them to the accounting department forpayment. All the operations of the company are processed by MS Office and official email ids.
