  My role entails strategic planning, budget preparation and quality management; project management; risk assessment; record keeping and administration as well as reporting and business continuity. I am responsible for the leadership, planning and management of professional courses. This involves making informed and commercially feasible recommendations regarding the University’s provision in these areas. I consult with regulators, professional bodies, industry associations and advisory groups. I assess market viability (eg skills gaps), develop financial and operational plans as well as consider promotional materials and activities. Continuously developing University of Gibraltar programmes such as Professional Certificates or Diplomas of Competence in various sectors e.g. Financial Services, Gib Law, Gib Tax, Sports Management, Blockchain as well as CPD accredited courses and specific online courses for the gaming industry. I have written and co-delivered course modules (Companies & Trust) for the Financial Services diploma. I lead the Key Advisory Groups in Law, Business, Silver Education, Tourism & Hospitality, Sports and New Technologies In education (Chair). Initiated and leading on the ever popular Gibraltar History Lecture Series – in its eighth year.Am also responsible for the University of Gibraltar's Language Centre and forming collaborations with other universities to provide them with intensive language summer schools. Other: I am an alternate member of the Gibraltar Public Services Commission since September 2019.Served as a board member in the Gibraltar Police Authority from February 2018 to March 2022.Served as a member and latterly Deputy Chair of the Housing Advisory Committee for HM GoG from 2011 to 2019.
