  I am responsible for the quality system as it applies in the production process. I make sure we are aware and in compliance with any existing and new standards from ISO and the FDA. I am the ISO Management Rep. and as such am responsible for maintaining all documentation in regards to compliance, audits, corrective and preventive actions. Recently I have become involved with training and have begun to redesign the training program to maximize its effectiveness and minimize the amount of retraining due to loss of documentation. I am part of the compliance team that is responsible for reporting serious injury and death events to the FDA. I continually monitor several reporting agencies as a tool to trend problems within the business so we can correct them before they become an issue. Show less
