      Managed and directed all golf operations at one of America's oldest country clubs that had no tee times and did 9,000 rounds annually. Tony was the face and ambassador for Bedford for many years and was responsible for many of the improvements that the club enjoyed such as: course renovation, expansion of member services, an outstanding junior golf program, an excellent caddy program as well as improving golf shop sales over 300% in his first 5 years.Bedford will always remain a special place as he first met his wife Tanya there as an assistant professional in 1985, married her in 1986 and raised their children Henry and Sophie in the cottage next to the golf shop while Head Professional from 1992- 2007.       One of the premiere golf properties in the world. 18 holes on the Atlantic Ocean and intercoastal waterway just south of Worth Avenue in Palm Beach. Originally designed by Dick Wilson in 1961, recently underwent a $4.5 million renovation by Raymond Floyd in 2009 and a new Smith and Moore designed clubhouse opened in 2014. Clubhouse is spectacular with magnificant views of the ocean and is home to al Fresco restaurant, one of the best restaurants in South Florida. Palm Beach Golf Course is a great golf destination and famous all over the world. Play 18 holes on a Golf Digest Top 50 Most Fun golf course in America. Tony is proud to have been part of the team responsible for making the Palm Beach Par 3 one of the most succesful public golf courses in America. Show less

      Junior Golf Leader Award Metropolitan PGA Apr 1991 The Metropolitan PGA initiated the first Inner City Junior Golf program in 1989 and Tony Chateauvert, Head Professional at Clearview at the time, along with other area professionals initiated a 6 week in school golf program to introduce golf into the NYC school system finishing off with a golf clinic that Lawrence Taylor of the NY Giants and Chi Chi Rodriguez attended. These programs were the forerunner to what is now The First Tee.
