Responsible for entry of all vendor invoices and pay applications for 20+ active projects. Handle the receipt of payment from the banks and distribution of funds to vendors and subcontractors. Work with the Controller entering payroll for 5 different company owned companies. Field a multitude of phone calls and inquiries. Assist with the training of the Accounting Intern.
