  Clinical Elective rotation at the AKU Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Department- Had the privilege of working under esteemed supervision of several distinguished faculty members, including Dr Kiran Hilal, Dr Vaqar Bari, Dr Tanveer ul Haq and residents there.- My rotation entailed exposure to Ultrasonography, IVP, Flouroscopy, Mammography, General X-ray reporting, CT scan, MRI and angiography. - Participated in VIR procedures like stent-assisted coiling of brain aneurysm, Transarterial chemoembolization (TACE), percutaneous nephrostomy (PCN), peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC), Venogram, and percutaneous cholecystostomy.- Had the opportunity to observe US-guided biopsies, FNA, operate a biopsy gun and acquire basic probing skills.- Learnt interpretation of CXR, adult and pediatric imaging.- Engaged with patients in US and MRI-suite and obtained informed consents alongwith residents.- Attended a few seminars on Chest Radiology and UTI imaging, and participated in neuroradiology case discussions.
