      - Directly responsible for a team of approximately 200 Volunteer Ushers and the Front of House team- First point of contact for all volunteers and ensuring that communication between the FOH team and Volunteer team was cohesive and clear- Organising recruitment evenings for new volunteers – Including creating a press release and coordinating with different outlets to ensure it has a wide presence around the community- Training all new volunteers and providing them with a training manual- Holding weekly meeting with the FOH team and the Volunteer Team- Ensuring the Health and Safety standards within the venue are of a high standard and reporting any issues to the Buildings Manager- Making sure all first aid boxes are full and in date for use- Answering all complaints that were not resolved or reported on the night of performances via email and phone- Within this role I would also perform all responsibilities of a Duty manager, outlined below.
