      As the Galley Supervisor I was responsible for training military personnel in sanitation, menu planning, customer service, procurement, internal control, reporting, financial statements, and the overall administration of food and beverage service. As the Process Review Leading Petty Officer, I provided oversight for the Navy's Largest Food Service contract at a cost of 68 million dollars with over 1600 employees. As a Recruit Division Commander, I was a part of a team, which is the single most important factor in preparing new enlisted personnel for a successful Navy career. By continually demonstrate superior leadership and motivational skills in demanding and often unique situations. I directed teaching/learning activities in school training centers. Counseled students on academic learning problems and instructed 1,385 recruit personnel in military science, organizational development, and leadership. As a Bachelor Quarter Specialist i performed duties as Senior Manager at bachelor quarters facilities; supervised budget planning and accounting processes for Bachelor Quarter operations. Show less
