      Sept 2015 - Aug 2018

I built the agency profile through social media marketing, wrote and produced branded content, implemented effective communication campaigns, ran and attended events and curated marketing materials. Alongside this, I created and ran the bi-annual ‘Make Talks’ thought leadership events, built external relationships through networking and conducted regular market research to stay on top of trends. As Marketing Executive, I routinely attended events, seminars, meetings and news opportunities all across the UK. Additionally, I solely ran the marketing department at Make Studio, therefore, was responsible for the brands online and offline presence and how we marketed the brand persona.Data and analytics were a fundamental part of my role as I set KPI’s, managed the PPC & SEO, maintained the CRM system and compiled the website, social media and email newsletter analytics into reports while studying algorithms.Collectively as a group of digital agencies in the area of Boscombe, we formed a creative alliance ‘BCA’ (Boscombe Creative Alliance) to support and inspire local talent. I was a member of the board and therefore responsible for collaborating with the student resources team of two Universities (AUB and BU), local agencies, students, printers, Local press (Bournemouth Echo) and Bournemouth Council. We would meet monthly to organise a quarterly calendar full of events, seminars, competitions, studio open days and networking opportunities alongside an internship programme. Furthermore, I worked with clients to run due diligence, market research and present reports prior to a project. I also managed various CMS systems, communicated with their key stakeholder's and attended their promotional events.Additional to my marketing role, I operated as Assistant Studio Manager, where I lead and managed the team, organised social events and activities to maintain a positive agency culture.
