SAP based control plan generation for each stage of manufacturing against each Sales order.4. Preparing work procedures / VSOPs as per API Q1 & ISO 9001:2015. Preparation and approval of Project specific ITP / QA Plan, procedures as per tender documents for each sales order.5. Ensuring the development of departmental SOP’s & Work instructions ensuring compliance in conjunction with being “ fit for purpose” operationally.6. Responsibility of qualifying welders for new qualification, preparation of WPS/PQR/WPQ as per ASME SEC IX.7. Monitoring of Special processes like Welding , PWHT, Storage , Painting , Cleaning/drying Blanking, Packing and protection. Ensure all the activities are carried out according to documented / approved procedures. 8. Issue of NOI for client / Consultant inspection. Leading customer and regulatory audits inspections as required. Coordinating for all customer designated / approved inspections, source inspections and its certifications.9. Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures. 10. Providing direction and guidance to the quality team.
