  Worked in the Power House & Utility Department, looked after Mechanical maintenance/Absorption type Chillers/Fire Tube Boilers/ETP/Rotary Screw Air compressors/power generation.Worked on the Operation and Maintenance of 50m3/Hr Effluent Treatment Plant, Rotary Screw compressors(75kWx4), Diesel Engines(1.1MWx2)& Gas Engines(1MWx2), Absorption type 1000 Ton chillers & 19 Ton Fire tube boilers. Have completed many projects in Nishat Mills Limited i.e Design/plan/execution of ETP Plant, 9 Ton Fire Tube Boiler, 5 ton Deaerator tank at 10m height, Production lines of sewing.   Looking after Operation & Maintenance of Utilities, Power Generation of 4.6MW Power Plant (Diesel & Gas Engines) , Mechanical workshop, Air Compressors of 82m3/min capacity (Ingersoll Rand/Atlas Copco/Worthington) , 300 TON Absorption chillers & 30 TON capacity of wood & Fire tube & Biomass boiler.Looking after Troubleshooting/corrective maintenance /preventive Maintenance of all Garment washing (Tonello/Yilmak) , Dry process machineries (Jeanologia Laser Machines) and Utilities. Planing & Developing Annual maintenance & Utilities budget plans , Capex & Opex of UtilitiesWorking on the project planning, project cost estimation and execution of all civil/Mechanical/Electrical projects in the mill.Working on numerous Energy savings sustainability projects related to utilities and production areas and for Extraordinary performance in Achieving Sustainability challenges 2022 targets, i have been awarded with Sustainability knight certificates by Sustainability jury team PROJECTS:-Planning & Execution of Biomass Boiler project, converted from wood boiler,which helps in reducing GHG consumption by 95%.- Planning, budgeting & execution of 3000 pcs/day Automatic stitching hanger line.- Commissioning of 2m3/Hr drinking water RO Plant- Commissioning of 100m3/Hr Waste water Recycling RO plant- Installation of 160KW VFD Atlas Copco compressors.- Installation of 1MW Rolls Royce Gas Engine with cooling tower.- Renovation of PD Washing & other departments with cooling & Ventilation system.- Installation of Jacket hot water of Gas Engine Energy recovery system, to be used in process instead of steam.- Installation of Feed water loop system at Gas Boiler with Economizer.- Installation of 1.6 MW solar plant.- Worked on many Energy saving Sustainability projects in utilities & process in 2021 & 2022, which helps in reduction of 50% GHG, 30% Energy(Compressed Air, Steam, eletricity, Natural Gas), 23% water as compared to year 2019.
