  Frontida Assisted Living was started by my wife and me in 2009. We leased three 20-bed assisted living homes in Milwaukee. It was a steep learning curve and, over the last 10 years, we have grown the company to 10 properties and over 150 beds. We are most proud of our teams of caregivers, managers, and home office team who have made Frontida an industry leader in Wisconsin. We have won Top Workplace awards 5 years in a row, and have a reputation for having great workplace culture.

  Being the part-time Middle School Director at my local church is a source of joy and a dream come true. Creating a business that provides for my needs and allows me to use my gifts and time for something I'm passionate about is why I started my own business over 15 years ago!
