  Worked with development team to redesign the TJC website. Used user testing and Google analytics to determine navigation, design direction and overall direction of the content. Designed and developed custom widgets to display degree plans, topic-specific FAQs, responsive photo galleries and videos, and deliver the user other dynamic content. Collaborated with stakeholders across campus, including department chairs and program coordinators to ensure accurate content, written in a singular voice to create a cohesive message across the entire site. Wrote faculty profiles, articles, sales and marketing content across 2,800 pages on the TJC.edu website. Created satellite websites using Bootstrap, Wordpress, and Vendini, a custom ticketing software, for our planetarium. Created a custom view book using Canvas, a multi-purpose responsive web template. Created an admissions blog using Wordpress. Created a web style guide, accessibility guidelines and a web content strategy guide. Utilized Siteimprove software to enforce quality control for the TJC.edu site. Maintained a website with zero broken links and zero misspellings. Implemented Google Analytics, Google Site Search and Google Tag Manager to collect data on trends across multiple platforms. Used Analytics data to inform page design and improve the user experience. Maintain day-to-day operations of a website with 3 million+ visits sessions per year and 1.5 million users. Show less
