  I have made necessary tools at section for dissembling of engines and made dabble number engines with some numbers of mechanics.The small spare parts like Oil pump, bolts etc. was just replaced by new one I made prosodies on rebuilding all possible spare parts, some like Carburetors it was rebuild by supplier subcontractor factories.I design technology for new service and recommended equipment and installations.Many other thinks, when I was in my fool working capacity management refused to increase my salary and to prove my innovations claiming it is my job to do it other operators – communists members was getting awards and so on!
