      Directed all Human Resources activity with a staff of two managers and two coordinators for the CENTRAL RESERVATIONS OFFICE / contact center (CRO) and Wyndham Express National Sales group with 250+ non-unionized employees, including: recruiting/hiring procedures, payroll and benefits administration, labor relations, employee coaching and discipline, policy interpretation and implementation, employee relations, and management development.- Successfully drove down turnover from 151% in 2000 to 36% in 2004.- Created a recruiting and interview process that saved money, minimized turnover, and built retention.- Partnered with Training management to create a well-rounded and beneficial new hire training program (16-day), which started with the customized Beginnings Orientation for the call center environment.- Identified areas of concern for employees through surveys and created action plans to improve morale, pay plans, and culture. Actions taken resulted in increased satisfaction and improved performance, resulting in never-before achieved revenue production and sales performance.-Consulted Vice President, Reservations on payroll and policy related concerns and issues when developing and recreating the Sales Associates’ Pay Plan. Wrote the policy and the Standard Operating Procedures when the pay plan changed from a simple incentive-based plan to an intricate commission plan for non-exempt employees.- Represented Wyndham CRO on all state-based unemployment hearings, resulting in over 95% of cases found in Wyndham’s favor, saving the company money.- Directed the employee relations efforts, resulting in increased employee morale and overall satisfaction of the work place (from 78% satisfied rating in 2001 to 92% satisfied rating in 2004).
