  My time at this company taught me to quickly adapt to situations, ranging from programming an app to scann inventory, to designing and implementing a network topology project for a new branch from scratch. This hybrid experience between programming and network administration made me more versatile and better at managing my time. In general, there was a great variety of systems and modules with different purposes, it was complicated to try to make the data flow correctly and in real time, so it was necessary to use Reverse Engineering practices for the correct migration of obsolete programs developed in different technologies such as Delphi 5, Java and Access to VB.NET. The UX and UI theories, the new needs of the end users and the changes of paradigms in their workflow were taken as a reference so that together solutions were developed in order to have a better efficiency and effectiveness in all the departments of the company. I can say that my instance in this position helped me to identify the shortcomings and vulnerabilities that were in the company and thanks to that, provide corrective actions that cut the problem in a very short period of time.
