  I conducted a fellowship where I worked in the Government and Defense Services sector of the Global Workplace Solutions division of CBRE, including in the recently-acquired J&J Worldwide Services. I worked with outside counsel to establish J&J subsidiaries in Mexico and Greece; reviewed and drafted procurement and joint venture agreements; drafted payment demand letters while coordinating with the Litigation division; and advised the Life Sciences division regarding cybersecurity questionnaires and other requirements.
