  In these period that I worked with Embratel I was responsible for all RF Engineering in the following main projects.1) Embratel São Paulo State Design (380 BTSs 1xRTT WLL)2) Embratel Rio de Janeiro State Design (219 BTSs 1xRTT WLL)3) Embratel São Paulo Expantion Network (81 BTSs 1xRTT WLL)With Embratel I participated since the beggining of quotation stage up to the stage of final customer acceptance. The interesting part in those project were that more than engineering skills another ones related to project managment were required such as:Budget ControlCost ControlSubcontractors ControlForecastsRoll-outResource Management Show less During this period I worked as RF team leader in so many project in many different cities and countries, such as:-1xRTT – CTI – 2004 – Paraguay – Implemented a GSM Network in a main cities of the country -1xRTT – VIVO – 2004 - Amazonas, Pará, Maranhão – Implemented 300 BTS in this three states of Brazil. Working in customer headquarters face to face daily bases. The big challenges of this project were logistics, transmission and work with MSPs.-EVDO - Bellsouth – 2003 - Peru – implemented a Trial with 5 EVDO BTS in Lima Peru and I worked together with customer doing tests showing the data services of this kind of network-1xrtt - Telefonica Peru – 2003 – Peru – Work in a 200 BTS network since the design until the acceptance-Evdo – Vesper – 2002 – São Paulo Brazil - Implemented 30 EVDO BTS of the first EVDO network in Brazil, working since the beginning of the project until the acceptance with customer.-EVDO – VIVO - 2002 - Vitória - ES -Brazil – Implemented 43 EVDO BTS in Vitoria, working since the beginning of the project until the acceptance with customer. In this project we did the network design on Planet, traffic engineering, frequency planning, hardware configuration,towers specification, implementation, KPIs and Optimization and finally the acceptance.In the project I was one of those RF leaders during the implementation and after that I was responsible to implement many features to improve the RF network.We implement more than a 600 cell sites in this network. After this period BCP took a decision to go ahead by themselves and we step out of the project.I received a honor award by CEO of Nortel Networks in this project. Show less
