  I assisted customers on their needs and wants, which may be a difficult task if one does not fully understand what is desired by them. Additionally, I handled stock take on a weekly basis. This was done due to the constant mismatch of quantities recorded in the system and in the store. Also, I dealt with goods exchange and cash transaction, and transferred items to and from outlets.

  I was required to approach individuals to promote SoCash, a mobile application partnered by DBS, POSB and Standard Chartered. I demonstrated the application and methods to use the application efficiently and effectively. While doing so, I distributed flyers to make the application more known and popular, so that they can spread the words to their family and friends. Moreover, I was required to roam around Singapore so that my team and I can reach a wider consumer base. SoCash also held promotion at Suntec City Convention Hall, where I participated in that event too. Through this, I learned what individuals want and what they dislike when using a mobile app that may violate their personal information and safety. Show less
