  I am passionate about helping clients heal their body, mind and spirit and to be of service to others in improving, healing and developing their lives. I consider myself a Healing Facilitator. Teaching clients to connect with their body, mind and spirit thru listening, Coaching, CranioSacral Therapy and Somatic Emotional Release. Our bodies are like a giant sponge, we absorb and absorb, with very little awareness of how our cells hold on to past disappointments, traumas, and other stresses. Releasing these stresses from a cellular level allows the body to heal.
