Managing the team of process engineers;- Conduct Technical Audit of all units to improve units’ performance and safety.- Investigate the root causes of operational constraints that occur in the daily operation with analytical and engineering skills.- Perform detailed evaluation for each technical request (TR). Each TR's assessment is distinctive, but most of them involve performing hydraulic calculations, creating P&IDs and datasheets, and rating & designing of control valves, heat exchangers, pumps, vessels, PSV/PRV/PVRV sprinkler systems etc. Each technical request (TR) is evaluated to ensure that modifications are implemented in accordance with international standards and world-wide best - practice..- Review detailed Engineering packages that includes P&ID’s, Isometrics, datasheets, cause and effects, logic diagrams, Utility Balances etc. Provide technical comments on it before procurement and implementation.- Perform evaluation of the vendor's PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment datasheets, and HAZOP studies for multiple technical requests- Coordinate with OEM and consultant for continuous improvement.- Formulated technical proposal, design basis and scope of work document for detail evaluations and float RFQs to international and local technology provides and subject matter experts.- Perform what-if analysis, Hazop and feasibility study on proposed modification.- Perform economics assessment of every non-safety related modification including IRR calculation.- Maintain the Master technical request (TR) register which provide live status of each modification to area owner.
