      Being an Area sales manager, i was responsible for appointing dealers/distributors for my organisation, which is a manufacturer of digital hearing aids. Digital hearing aids have a channel sales platform,and it is necessary to appoint the right one, so initial market research was also needed. Mainly people who have a background in audiology can program a hearing aid and further dispense it to the end user. So involvement of training for dealer was also my job role.Setting up targets, and marketing strategies, plus payment collection and order processing was my role play at the end of the day.
