  The Firms is engaged domestically in commercial tenant build outs and tenant fit-up including design build, permitting and execution of the work. Our work is primarily repeat client and referrals. Domestically we have a niche in Grocery Store & Restaurant and food preparations fit-up and remodels with the first Trader Joe's in Floirda and two Bravo Supermarkets. In 2015 the firm delivered three new T Mobile Stores in SW Florida. We have executed five office remodels for John R. Wood Realtors after hours and weekends.Completed out 16,000 Square Feet fo Sun Fresh Markets in Fort Myers in March 2019. Newly completed Vourla Restaurant at the Coastland Mall in Naples, FL.Our Principal is considered an expert in affordable housing development and the firm is currently contracted to oversee construction in five Caribbean Developments of one 1,000 affordable Hurricane Homes. We are Licensed State Certified Florida General Contractor CGC#1515995 Commercial Construction Management and new construction firm.
