  Engaged in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for automotive modules, specifically HVAC Module and Body Control Module (BCM) of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR).Designed and developed customized test cases and test plans for HIL simulation (HILS) testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage for functional and diagnostic testing. Utilized dSPACE and Vector tools for effective validation and testing of automotive systems. Successfully established dSPACE HIL setups to optimize the testing process for HVAC and BCM modules. Successfully led the automation testing efforts by implementing Python-based frameworks and testing software to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. Show less During this period at Tata Elxsi, I was involved in HIL testing. I created tailored test cases and plans for Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation (HILS) testing and involved in the functional and diagnostic testing of Seat Zone Module, HVAC module and Body Control Module of JLR using dSPACE and vector tools . Also, successfully developed manual test benches and established dSPACE HIL setups to streamline testing processes for validating HVAC and BCM modules.
