  The dissertation proposes an assessment by Monte Carlo Simulation approach of contractual European options sets that would enable the oil transaction parties to add contract flexibility of cargoes values, based on the price spread between three marker crudes (Brent, WTI and LLS). The most commonly Markov Stochastic Processes used in derivatives modeling will be defined with further application in Monte Carlo Simulation of the proposed European options sets. The end point of the study is to determine the values of these sets of options by price spreads between Brent, WTI and LLS crudes, for later use in terms of pricing clauses of commercial crude supply contracts.
