  As a summer associate I worked on a project to analyze and solve for the Attrition problem in UNOC, the technological unit of Bharti Airtel.The critical problem statement was to reduce the ~50% attrition rate of the tech function. I successfully delivered a 4-point "Critical skills & role" framework, which received a sanction of $17 Million from Airtel HQ.
