Attend Civil inspection and check from works, support stability,reinforcements and spacing, rebar connection, ties/stirrups spacing, concrete covere, type of embedded item and other civil activation and check concrete temperature, sump, arrived time, handling and placement, air content, sample. check concrete surface defect and monitor concrete repair according to the approved procedures. check concrete surface condition and monitor waterproof appreciation. attend structure inspection and check steel type connection, spen, bolt size, defects, and monitor steel erection and torqueing.Ensure steel material and support as per IFC drowning and project Requirement. check cling bult/studs, wire mesh installation and monitor key coat and fire proofing application. monitor application procedure during extreme weather temperature. Attend Architecture inspection and check building material size thinness, colors, spen test certificate . Accessories. check installed materials are approved by the client. monitor excavation/Backfilling activities and check soil compaction on density, moisture content and liquid limit and plastic limit. ensure soil type as per project standard. coordinate with clients comments and suggestions.Alert construction group immediately for any deviation or violation of project requirements.Prepare Non-Conformance report and issue corrective solution for immediate action.Review and document all report and it attachment for proper turn-over.
