  All annual pilgrimages to Japanese American incarceration camps were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic; to fill this vacuum of the pilgrimage experience, intergenerational healing, and historical education, JAMP organized the Tadaima Virtual Pilgrimage. I joined their youth-led youth engagement committee, Nikkei Rising.Responsibilities:- Public Relations Team: Managed social media channels, developed and executed marketing strategies for all Nikkei Rising programming.- The Yon-Say Podcast: Coordinated production, wrote scripts, enlisted guests, and hosted for 4 episodes of our 9-episode series discussing the JA incarceration experience from young Nikkei perspectives.
