      Chief logistics officer for 694-person Stryker equipped Infantry Battalion. Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising logistical support system. Managed procurement and served as the financial analyst and budget manager. Projected costs for fiscal year training and administered $1.7M budget. Managed all logistical operations and successfully coordinated the reconditioning and validation of all equipment after a 12-month deployment. Oversaw 14 financial liability investigations; re-established accountability of government property and recouped costs of over $2M on behalf of taxpayers. Identified a need and initiated the creation of new training programs on administrative, logistical and maintenance systems to mentor new promoted company Executive Officers; established systems during a significant leadership transition. Supervised maintenance and accountability of equipment valued in excess of $150M. Directly led 40 Soldiers in the company headquarters. Oversaw construction of FOB Khenjakak, capable of supporting battalion; oversaw planning, resourcing, timeline and security during month long construction. Managed the fielding of DVH Stryker vehicles, supervising process of maintained, accountability and turn in of legacy vehicles and simultaneous testing, inspection and receipt of new fleet. Increased survive-ability of new fleet dramatically improved ongoing operations and saved soldiers’ lives. Led logistic operations to support over 200 soldiers across four austere locations. Tracked consumption and projected resource needs at each location enabling efficient resupply operations. Supervised maintenance of 24 vehicles prioritizing efforts of army mechanics and contractor specialists. Maintained an operational readiness rate of over 90% at all times. Created and enforced effective maintenance, re-supply and logistics programs and procedures resulting in accountability and care of 100% of unit equipment.
