  Ensuring the company's compliance within the legal framework of the Informatics Law - Laws 8,248/91 and 13,969/19. In this role, I have acquired extensive knowledge and experience on the subject, becoming a specialist in all its aspects, from understanding and implementing the rules related to the Basic Productive Process (PPB) to managing the counterpart investment in R&D. Additionally, my scope of work also includes building relationships with external R&D partners (Scientific and Technological Institutions - ICTs and Universities), writing regarding documents (NDAs, contracts, etc.), as well as planning, reviewing, drafting, finalizing, and submitting the RDA - Annual Demonstrative Report - an extremely relevant document, prepared annually, which demonstrates the correct fulfillment of all the requirements for enjoying the tax benefits provided in this ecosystem. My responsibilities also include providing additional information required by authorities (MCTI and MDIC) or presenting defenses in case of non-approval of the RDAs. It is worth noting that I have achieved maximum success both in the approval of reports and in the acceptance of the defenses and appeals presented. Finally, among my duties, the relationship with the Executive and Legislative Branches at the national level regarding the mentioned laws stands out.
